China has always been a master of fireworks, and for some people the most powerful fireworks are also the most beautiful. General Tsing Shi Tao is certainly such a person, having much admiration for the raw power harnessed within the very nucleus of matter, and more yet for the apocalyptic scale of destruction it can cause when released upon unsuspecting opponents. To that end, almost all of Tao's weaponry has been enhanced with nuclear technology of some kind. His tanks are nuclear powered, his weapons are radiation-tipped, and the exclusive but powerful nuclear arsenal of China is standard issue for him. Of course all that amount of nuclear energy can be a problem, as even a basic nuclear reactor can quickly become rather unstable. But Tao agrees more nuclear explosions is always better, and so merely advises his troops not to look directly at the blast.
