All structures

These upgrades are available to every Chinese structure.

Mines

  • Cost: 500

Protects the building with a ring of anti-personnel mines. These kill infantry very quickly and rapidly destroy tanks moving through the mine field. Enemy forces can use tank shells and missiles to prematurely detonate the mines. As long as the parent building is still standing, any detonated mines are replaced over time. If the parent building is destroyed, all of the mines belonging to it are immediatly detonated. Friendly Units can walk or drive over mines unharmed, since they carry transmitters tuned into the deactivation frequency of the mines.

EMP Mines

  • Cost: 500
  • Requires: Mines

Substitutes the anti-personnel mines around a building for EMP mines. These kill infantry and damage vehicles, and also instantly disable any vehicles moving over them for a period of time.

Command Center

  • Cost: 2000
  • Requires: -

The Command Center is the hub of Fai's command and intelligence, and is the foundation of any forward base. It builds Dozers and can be upgraded with radar. Generals abilities are also activated from here (see Generals abilities for more information).

Radar

  • Cost: 500

Upgrades the Command Center with radar capability.

Nuclear Reactor

  • Cost: 1000
  • Requires: -
  • Power output: 10 (15 when overcharged)

To supply their bases with power, China utilizes Nuclear Reactors. They provide 10 units of power, and can be temporarily overcharged for extra power. The reactors themselves are rather flimsy and cheaply constructed however, and they will melt down and explode violently if the structure is destroyed.

Overcharge

This switch allows the Nuclear Reactor to be overcharged for an additional 5 power units. Don't leave your nuclear reactors unattended with the switch on, since overcharging damages the structure over time and eventually causes the reactor to explode if Overcharge is not switched off.

Barracks

  • Cost: 500
  • Requires: -

The Barracks is where Fai's infantry hordes are trained, and where some infantry-related upgrades are found. Injured infantry can enter the Barracks to be healed.

Supply Center

The Supply Center is the building where Supply Trucks are built and drop off their supply crates to provide money for China. It comes with one free Supply Truck, and can also construct more if needed.

War Factory

The War Factory is responsible for building China's vehicles, as well as repairing any damaged vehicles if necessary. While Fai's vehicles don't make up the bulk of his army, they play a key role in supporting his infantry.

Airfield

The Airfield can produce and hold up to four aircraft and can also produce Fai's helicopters. After returning from an attack run, damaged aircraft are automatically repaired, and helicopters can also be sent to land here to be repaired.

Propaganda Center

The Propaganda Center is the central hub for all Chinese propaganda and research efforts. It allows advanced units and structures to be built and additional upgrades to be bought. Additionally, it is fitted with a speaker tower, healing any friendly units in range and increasing their rate of fire.

Internet Center

China, noticing the need for a secured environment for their Hackers to bring in money, recently introduced this special structure. Using a high-speed internet connection, up to eight Hackers can hack money with a slightly increased hacking rate while inside. Additionally, Fai's Hackers are some of the most capable in the Chinese army, and after purchasing the appropriate upgrades, not only are they are able to use enemy spy satellites for the Chinese army, but they are even able to intercept enemy intelligence and reveal their positions. Hackers inside this structure cannot be killed by conventional means and the Internet Center is immune to capturing as well.

Spy Satellite

Reveals the targeted area, including any stealthed units.

Speaker Tower

China's morale will be boosted by a large margin when this seemingly simple structure broadcasts uplifting messages about the strength of the motherland to all that are so fortunate to share in its greatness. It will increase the combat effectiveness of any units nearby by increasing their rate of fire and providing healing or repairs. This effect can be increased with the Subliminal Messaging upgrade.

Nuclear Missile

When all other methods of defeating the enemy have failed, this building will deliver the final blow. This silo contains a nuclear missile, a feared weapon all over the world. Once the countdown is complete, it will be moved into launch position, ready to be launched at China's enemies. Nuclear-related upgrades can also be purchased from this building.

Nuclear Missile

  • Recharge time: 6:00

When launched, the nuclear missile will fly to its destination and detonate in a horribly powerful fireball, incinerating anything nearby and sending shockwaves with winds of several hundreds of kilometres per hour in all directions. Nothing but the strongest buildings can survive this kind of power, and even in its wake it leaves radiation which is deadly to infantry and also damages military hardware.

Fortified Bunker

Fai's Fortified Bunker is a serious improvement from the standard bunker, and can withstand a much larger amount of damage. Even particle beams, nuclear weapons and other such powerful weapons can only make a dent if the bunker is hit with enough force or sustained fire. Like the Bunker of other Chinese factions, the Fortified Bunker can hold 5 soldiers.

Fortified Gattling Cannon

Similar to his Bunker, Fai's Gattling Cannon has also received an upgrade in armour. Other than that however it is the same as the standard Chinese Gattling Cannon, and is effective against infantry, light vehicles and aircraft.
