Fallout Studios forums

The Fallout Studios forums are the main hub of the Fallout Studios community, and it is there that most of the activity takes place.

Overview

The forums were created in 2003 by Chrizz as a backend to what was then a small Command & Conquer news site. Over time, the site became neglected, and the forums became the main focus of the community. The release of ShockWave has been a major boost to the user count of the forums, and it is likely that at least half if not more of the current users joined because of it.

Forum layout

The forums are laid out in several sections: Fallout Studios, Community, Development and Hosted Projects. There is also a Behind the Scenes section, which is normally hidden from members but is used for example by project leaders to request hosting support, or for staff to discuss various things in private.
