Brad (formerly Tactical person) is an active member on the Fallout Studios forums, he joined the Fallout Studios community on the 4th May 2008. Brad joined in on the Rise of the Reds roleplay Round 3 as the second commander for the European Continental army. He was also involved in the Halloween name change where he became a Jack O'lantern for the day.
