Bob (AKA PacMan) is a member of Fallout Studios who lives in Guernsey. He has been a Staff member since 2006, before being promoted to Administrator in May 2009. Bob is a fan of BMX riding and bar billiards, the latter of which has earned him a prizes for reaching Junior world championship finalist on 2 separate occasions. Bob was also the leader of the Domination modification, which briefly came out of retirement in the April Fools 2008 day events of 2008. On the same day he swapped identities with Dauth.

Community
Bob is the current maintainer of the Fallout Studios website, which he created mostly by himself. He also helped restyle the aging forum skin, creating the new Fallout Blue skin in the process.
Bob can regularly be found in the Fallout Studios IRC channel, where he has contributed to a number of memes. Bob's favourite responses to comments directly insults him is 'no u' in which he deflects such attacks. Bob also commonly uses the name PacMan while online, notably for one of his computers in the IRC. PacMan is also used when he plays online and is his descriptive text on the Fallout Studios forums, and also gained fame in a stylised version as the 'Evil Forum Eater' during the events of April Fools 2009. Bob has two of threads in the Artwork forums, one showing off his new but temperamental graphics tablet and another housing his entries into the Signature of the Week competition.
Culture
After an epic battle with Dauth in both Fallout Studios IRC channel and the thread, Bob became the first member to post on the 1000th page of the Last Person to Post Wins thread in the Serial Spammers forum. Bob is one most active members in the Last Person to Post Wins, only trailing The Dr. Bob is the most active member in The Wat thread, a thread dedicated to the WAT? meme. In the Fallout Studios awards 2009 Bob was nominated for three categories; Best Avatar/Signature Maker, Best Artist, and Biggest Spammer, and beat off competition by The Dr to claim the title in the last category.
Trivia
- Bob was originally known as Bob_2 as another member used the name Bob, however when the initial Bob became inactive his name was usurped by the active Bob.
- Bob joined in with the MyMiniCity link spam creating Guernsey within the UK.
